The Forum for Learning Disability is the voice for people with learning disabilities, their carers and their families. supporting people to speak up on issues ranging from welfare reform, transport, voting, health to housing. 

Ensuring the involvement of people with learning disabilites not just within Harrow Mencap but also within the wider community. 

The Forum supports people with learning disabilities and their carers be heard both on local and national level. We hold hustings events where politicians from all political parties can listen and answer concerns raised by carers and people with learning disabilities.

The Forum invites professionals from transport services, health and social care and the police to come to the forum and meet with people with learning disabilities so that their needs can be better understood and services can better meet people's needs.

The Forum meets every 3 months.  The next one is on 21st June.
