We are proudly continuing work on promoting health passports for people with learning disabilities in Harrow as part of our Treat me well campaign.

Our Self-Advocate Tim and Participation Manager Jordan Creed recently led another of their many Health Passport workshops. 

This workshop took place at EDR Care Limited and involved around 25 people including clients and staff.

Tim and Jordan gave a talk about how health passports help people with learning disabilities to be more independent and comfortable at the hospital or GP.

They said that health passports can make someone's time at the hospital or GP easier because they have all a person's medical information which helps the doctor or nurse treat a person with learning disabilities as best as they can.
